You gotta take things lightly and understand that getting good results is not the only good path to success.

The best way to reduce worries is to prepare for things early...for example once your lecturer has announced the date of a certain test, you prepare for the test immediately and repeat what you learn because repetition is the best way of remembering what you have learned...by using this method, you will automatically have less stress and less worries because you deal with things on time....give it a try!!

Yeah, college was really tough that way. Lots and lots of pressure.

I tell you, though, you're not the only one. And when you graduate and start a career, you'll be happier that you learned some real job skills (i.e. handling stress), rather than got a B+ instead of the A you wanted.

It really will be ok. just take a break and have fun with your friends.I have friends that get easily stressed alot over grades. just trust me. it works!

you just have to tell your self over and over. I will study and do my best and thats all i can do. talk to yourself in your head. Say you can do it etc. You have to block out the negative by coming up with anything positive and tell it to yourself. Study as much as you can so you feel prepared. If you do bad get a tutor if that doesn't help then its not meant to be.

well one thought would be, study harder and get better grades. Absent this, maybe you have clinical depression and need therapy or meds.
