Take a look at my answer to your "side of the bed" question. I think I excel at looking at the bright side of things. I fear it's a sickness. But I can't help it...as the song says....

"Life's a piece of sht
When you look at it
Life's a laugh and death's a joke, it's true.
You'll see it's all a show
Keep 'em laughing as you go
Just remember that the last laugh is on you.

And always look on the bright side of life...
Always look on the right side of life..."

The only way to live a happy life is to see the good side of all things. sometimes this is most difficult to do, but I try my best, as I have others who depend on me.

i try to look at the bright side, but it's hard for a pessimist by nature.

I've been trying to make the transition from pessimist to optimist. It's just healthier and what's the point of being depressed about things you can't change?

Not really, it depends on what kind of week i've been having. If it's a bad week and everything is going to **** then i'm going to be a pessimist, but if it's a good week then i'll be more of an optomistic.
