You can get push-up bikini tops. The silicone bras would fall off, they need a dry surface to stick to.

They do not have an add in adhesive they rely on a permanent stickiness that will no hold up under wet conditions they will no be good under a Bikini.You can always use medical ahesive tape under your breasts to create a cleaverage
