what about goth/emo girls???they put on a lot of eye-liner , mascara and their eyes just look gorgeous.guys, dont tell me u dont like it cuz i have seen so many guys fall for emo/goth girls!

Makeup does not make a person fit into a certain stereotype. Makeup creates beauty and fun. Girls from all different groups were the same style of makeup. It has nothing do with being goth, emo, a jock, etc. I wear more makeup than everyone I know. Makeup is my life. I've been doing it for years and I plan on doing it until I die. People don't put on makeup just to make themselves feel better. I'll wear no makeup and be fine with myself...or I can go out in full makeup with 2 inch eyelashes and still be the same person. Stop making such a big deal about why girls wear makeup. It's a girls choice it's a personal option.

I've never heard that make-up is a turn off actually until coming here. I can understand if it's TOO much makeup or it's lip gloss because of kissing. My boyfriend loves me with or without makeup and doesn't care if I have too much on or not. I would just wonder if a guy met a girl and started to fall for her and say she was feeling crappy and wasn't wearing makeup on the days they were hanging out or whatever,and then they hangout one day and she's wearing a lot of makeup. Does that automatically make him go omg i'm turned off now. I'm not liking her anymore because she wears a lot of makeup? It's just a few hours of the day normally. Eh.

personally i think girls are much more beautiful w/o makeup, but i can see myself falling for a goth/emo girl because i would fall for the girl, not her makeup style....

my theory is that guys only prefer a girl without make up when they are dating her for a while and are staring to love her. otherwise, no, i think they prefer the make up, coz they want the girl to be making as much of an effort as they are on dates.
