Kangaroos have a way of internally recycling their urine to conserve water, the urine they pass can be very concentrated.
There are a couple of types of frogs that survive underground for several years during drought. When it does rain, they come out, have babies, then have a very big drink, bloat up, go back into hibernation until the next wet season. They're called, aptly, the Water Holding Frog

one example is a koala bear they dont drink water and get all the liquid they need from some eucalyptus (they cant eat all of them) they also keep their level of activity very low to preserve energy

did you also know wild koalas can die of fright if you try to handle them?
