Can you legally put on Wicked the Musical? Have the rights been released?

If so where can we get them we want to preform this as a school musical next year!

I know it is currently playing in the theatre district in Toronto, to great reviews.

As far as I know, I don't think the rights have been released as of yet because its still pretty new (relatively speaking anyway). But if you do get the rights, good luck cuz its an awesome musical.
