It's still there, you just have to search for it. There are some gallant gentlemen out there, and we ladies do appreciate them.

There are so many mixed messages out there about what women want, that men aren't quite sure what to do about it. Well, that goes for the good guys, anyway. Good guys will just treat you nice all the way around, because they're kind, whether chivalry exists or not.

As for the bad guys, they only ever used chivalry to get into a lady's... uh, pantaloons or whatever they wore back in the day, so it's not so much of a loss.

There is an expression in the military thats states,"keep your head down son "

What it means is stay low to the ground and not get shot .

I must admit i do try to
be chivalrus but i have been shot(figurativley speaking ) many a time as well as all men .

I hear from women all men are pigs . We should kick them in the balls .Men are scum .Honestly as much as i try to be chivalrus, i have to balance chivalry with keeping my head down .

Pure blinderless chivalry is dead .
Men no longer have suffient armor to ward off the misandrist slings and arrows of today .
Today men rely on perception .

Its a bit like being a an untrained person vs a lifeguard rescuing a drowning swimmer . An untrained person rescuing a swimmer may get drowned himself . A trained life guard calculates risk and will use tools to extend his reach and not put himself compleltley at risk.

The lifeguard approach is necessary for now .Gender based femenism has made the pond a deap ocean that even a trained lifeguard can drown in , not to mention a untrained person .

Yeah perception of your enviroment is king now for a man to survive is this world.

Sadly, it's not what it used to be. I like it very much when I am treated chivalrously by men, but all women don't feel that way. I think the biggest reason men don't act that way more often is because of the equality demanded by some women. You can't have it both ways! I do so appreciate the gesture though and am happy to thank a man and give a smile when he acts chivalrously toward me.

thanks! that's about time. in view that even as did adult men seem at your boobs and make perverted comments and cheat for the sake of "something new"? heavily, what got here about to protecting doors open and doing issues to be impressive and telling someone they provide the effect of being captivating, no longer purely warm. that's terrible. that regularly is the single element i'd carry decrease back from the previous if i might want to. Chivalry, manners, decency!

Feminism exterminated chivalry into oblivion.

It still exists and to all guys do remember to keep that with you always. If the lady you are with doesn't appreciate it, by no means does it show that the rest of us don't.

what happened to chivalry? it left when women quit expecting it, and demanded to be treated as equals even though in realty ya'll are better at most things, guys excel at only 2 things. 1. destruction of most things we think we can fix, 2 detonation of thermonuclear devices. other than those can you think of anything we are really good at?
