Very. Swimming is great cadio, and its almost NO impact, meaning that it doesnt hurt your knees, ankles, hips, etc...Shoulders take a bit, but every sport works something out.
Alot of athletic types who have joint surgry are made to swim as
rehab.
Take a deep breath and go to it!

Swimming is one of the most effective exercises there is, but walking is better.

that is a very good excercise
while swimming you use many parts
and also is a good cardio workout

too good for health if you swim daily. all your tiredness will go away from you. you will also feel brisk. keep it up.
