If you are buying a Safari, stick to the 3.0Liter DiCor. Every other variant is not worth it. You need the Diesel motor's torque to move that monster.

I have used the vehicle.

For the price, it is not bad at all. One thing that you can be dead sure is that you don't need to spend even a single rupee for 3 years.( during the warrenty period - I mean the extended warranty).

You get AC and Power Steering.

Ride is good, pickup is OK as it is a turbo engine.

Milage is between 8 -11 depending on your driving condition and AC usage.

the safari is good.the ride is stiff,the the interiors arer well built and offer comfort at all corners,the servicing and the mentainance is a bit high.the mileage in the city is about 9.5 kmpl.

Keep well away from it, a friend of mine went looking at one as it was cheap, he is a qualified mechanic, he said it was not good at all.
