can i concieve normally?
iis thier any treatment for my husband to increse sperm count & motality?

lolz this is easy question let me do the math for u
like first u get the spormcount which is 1.3 million ever millilitter of seamen so what u do is u kill off 23% (becase they die) and u get 975 thousand / ml. lol that isn't much sperm at all
now u divide it by the non prograssive 55% which is 536.25 so u divide and u get 1.81 to which u multiply be the percetage of the nonliners (45%) wich equal 438.75 when u multiply u get 789.75which is a poor number when u factor in the 1% of rapidliners which means there are 81 sperms left.
now usually thjere are billions of sperm going to sex egg amd pm;only 1gets in right so like it's 1 in a billion, and if you have only 81, then u times that with 1 in a billion u get a 0.000000081% chance of sperm going into ova which means u have to have sex like 1,000,000,000/81 times to have a good chance which means u must make love around 12.3 million times in a 2 hour peried which is the half-life of sperm.
