i have never heard of a stomach flu delaying a period before,have you done a test?

Not that i am aware off, normaly stress can delay your periods, I think you should do a test coz if you have been trying and your late, it seems you might be pregnant

It shouldn't have an affect on your periods. If you ae taking any meication for it, that might though.
Take a test to find out for sure.
