where's the best place to buy mascara which doesn't smudge or run?

avon. my mum runs it. theyve got quite a few mascaras. the waterproof one is good

I like the Cover Girl Lash Exact in Waterproof. When I use other mascaras, I'll always get panda eyes at the end of the day. Lash Exact WP is the best!
If you can, try Fasio's mascara too! I love them as well!

I always go for a waterproof mascara, it doesn't run but is a devil to get off.

miss sporty waterproof is great! i dont find it smudges at all! and when it rains it stays out.

i think the best mascarra is by maybelline - great lashes. its the one that is in a pink and green bottle. does mascarra come in bottles?! anyway i think that one is the best and also doesnt cost loads!
