i dunno tough call. if i had to guess i would say either beyonce, usher, or mariah all three had a good year with records, movies, and broadway shows.

I don't know if he falls into R&B but i think Diddy's really rich. I mean, he has that certain reputation that he could afford to throw $$$ to wailing fans. He once said to some fans, "Hey, you like my music? Here, take some cash." or so i heard..
