How clean do you mean? I'd spend maybe 15-30 minuets a day sweeping floors and wiping down benches etc and then, once a week I do the vacuuming, sweep again, dust, polish, mop, clean windows/ mirrors, clean toilet and bathroom, change beds etc. All up for the whole week,(purely cleaning, no cooking), I'd say 7 - 9 hours. ( That's including washing clothes, hanging out washing, and ironing, which I forgot about - how could I possibly forget that!?!)

the answers is organization. start with what you see when you enter your house. Put things in places where they can be put away easily. If kids or spouse are messing them up they should help out cleaning up their mess. Do what has to be done daily , picked up and straightened, do major cleaning like shampooing carpet so on on certain days. dust good once a week and just the dust cloths with pledge in them the rest of the week. Vacuum the floor last after you have cleaned everything and are ready to leave the room.Have clothes washing and drying while you clean house rather than making this a separate chore.Thoroughly clean bathroom and cooking areas everyday. Bedrooms can be thoroughly cleaned every two weeks and straightened daily and vacuuming and sheets changed once a week unless needed to be changed more often.Spray febreeze on furniture as you leave the room and do a few quick squirts on carpet. Don"t ever feel like you have to slave over your house. Take control of it and it becomes much easier. I learned this when my kids were small and now that I am disabled it really helps.

Depends on how big your house is. But if you do have a huge house, then hire a maid. If not, then you shouldn't spend that much time cleaning. Have your husband or kids tidy/clean up after themselves. It doesn't take a lot of time to wipe counter or table. Or pick up whatever that was dropped.

We spend about 15 hours a week but we are hardly ever home because we both work 40 plus hours a week. But we do help each other out.

My first remark would be to tell your wonderful husband do get off his butt and help clean. My house is clean yet i'm no longer a enthusiast approximately it. i've got confidence you're able to "clean homestead" as quickly as a week. by that I mean...clean potties, dirt furnishings (swiffer dusters are astonishing), sweep and mop the flooring, vacuum, wipe down cabinets in kitchen. I also have a 2500 squarefoot homestead and to do all this takes a pair of million-2 hours. Laundry could be completed as you get a load. as quickly as I wash white outfits i bypass forward and start up putting darkish outfits in the washer. as quickly because it particularly is finished I turn on the device. After drying...do no longer purely throw the clean outfits in a pile someplace....it purely takes approximately 4-5 minutes to entice close and fold the laundry. We get all labored up approximately issues that particularly purely take a jiffy. in case your husband does no longer choose to help then ask him to take the baby for a walk or to bypass to grandparent, etc. provide you approximately 2 hours all to your self and you're able to have the potential to get each and every thing completed. Do laundry in between different chores. as quickly as issues are caught up...it purely takes somewhat attempt to maintain it that way. you fairly need to think of roughly your baby. mildew below a towel, etc would reason respiratory issues, allergies, and immune themes. grimy toys....yuck. Fill a sink with bleach water and clean those toys a minimum of as quickly as a week...fairly in the autumn and wintry climate whilst mildew is obviously worse. with reference to the dishes. positioned a dish rack in one area of your sink. Get a dish scrubber that holds liquid dish cleansing soap in the cope with. That way you are able to turn on the nice and comfortable water, wash the dish with the scrubber and put in dish rack. no longer getting in the back of is the secret to no longer being under pressure out. you may get those varieties of issues on the dollar/low-priced shops. solid luck!
