There are lots of drugs that can add to sexual arousal while high but you have to careful what you are taking and the combination of drugs you take. Drugs can help maintain erections, lose inhibitions, feel more sensual/sexy, relax muscles etc. It's better if sexual partners take drugs together so that they can share the same high. Do not administer drugs to a potential partner without first telling them and explaining the effects. Experiment and enjoy!!

I'm pretty sure you can, yeah. Actually I'm sure that some drugs, not depressants but the ones that get you happy, actually enhance sexual arousal. Not that I'm suggesting anyone take drugs for any reason, but I'm just saying that they could have that kind of effect.

Depends what youre getting high on. I'm assuming pot, unless you say otherwise.
Pot actually makes some people more aroused. But different people have different reactions and especially if youre not very experienced with it, pot, that is, not sex, I wouldnt suggest it. Getting paranoid in the middle of getting busy would be most unpleasant.
