What do I consider to be a healthy breakfast? Of course, my answer is fruits and vegetables. When we were in elementary we studied about go, glow, and grow foods remember? We studied how these foods help us in different ways like having a clear vision by eating carrots which has a great source of vitamin A. But we neglect these reminders right? These foods clean our digestive system too especially in the morning. They eliminate waste products. If we eat food that has meat, it is not a healthy breakfast because when we eat meat, some of it stays inside our stomach which is hard to eliminate. That's why my advice is fruits and vegetables in the morning. If not, try oatmeal. It cleans our digestive system as well. ^__^

If you exercise daily and drink a glass of water( warm or plain) before exercising, then you will feel good hunger. Sprouts of wheat, pulses or groundnut even will be the best breakfast.
If you are a cough patient, a glass of black tea without sugar or Neem leaves' juice will be the best.
If you suffer from acidity, a glass of buffellow milk with khajoor and paste of soaked almonds will be the best.
If you are an intellectual, citrus fruits and a cup of milk if hunger is there will do good.
If you are a hard worker fresh food, milk or anything available will do good.

I have porridge (Scotts porridge oats) with some blueberries sprinkled on top, and a mug of tea - semi-skimmed milk, no sugar. I consider that that is healthy.
