I have felt the baby kick, so has my friends and the father but I haven't gotten any bigger at all. Most people who don't know me that well think i'm only around 3 or 4 months but i'm almost 26 weeks. I have a 5 year old daughter and I wasn't big at all with her but, I was 15 when I had her and weighed about 95 pounds when I found out I was pregnant and I only gained 10 more with her. This is my second and I have gained weight but I can't seem to understand why my stomach isn't growing. Is there something wrony with the baby? Please some one help me. I had a misscarage last year and I'm very worried. Thanks, Rachael Houser

Some women r lucky enough not to gain any weight during their pregnancy. if u r soo worried, why not discuss with ur OB-GYN. he can give u a much better assurance than we can with practical experience & if in doubt, ask for an obstetric ultrasound scan. this will help to compare the growing age of the baby with that which the baby should be & u will be able to lay ur mind to rest.

I have to ask, why is ur avavtar a man?

With both my children you couldnt even tell I was pregnant unless I was naked. I only gained 10 with my first and 15 with my second. I ate normal and healthy just stayed active. As long as your uterus is growing you are doing fine.

I looked 4 months preg to most people at 9 months w/ both of my children, just small, everything was fine. If concerned ask your OB at next apt.

WELL MY BEST FRIEND IS CURRENTLY PREGNANT AND IVE HAD MANY OTHERS WHO WERE PREGNANT. EACH PREGNANCY IS GOING OT BE DIFFERENT. IF YOU HAVE STILL GAINED WEIGHT THAN THATS GOOD. SOME WOMENS TUMMY'S GET BIG IN THE BEGINNING AND OTHERS GET BIG IN THE LAST 3 MONTHS. IF YOUR REALLY CONCERNED TALK TO YOUR DOCTOR AND IM SUR EOF THEY FEEL ITS A PROBLEM THAN THEY WILL DO A SONOGRAM OR SOMETHING. I WOULDNT STRESS TOO MUCH ON IT.

i don't think u have anything to b worried about, all pregnancies r different! i was all belly with my son but with my daughter i so fat it wasn't funny! she was getting so big that i was having fortnightly ultrasounds, she was born 2WKS EARLY by c-section and weighed 10pound 04ounces!!! my son was only 7 pound 14ounces onhis due date. But 4 piece of mind go c your gp!

every woman carries differently.... so there is probably nothing to be worried about ... but you should get your ob-gyn's oppinion...
they will usually wiegh you and measure your belly at each appointment to make sure the baby (and you ) are growing properly....
