How do i download AFL videos off bigpond???

how can i download AFL videos off the bigpond website because I want to download some videos. Also when i try to watch them it takes ages and ages to load.

you can try www.keepvid.com to download any video from any sites which dont have the download feature

the downloaded file is in .flv format if im not wrong and you might need to convert it to play

Well, I use moyea youtube flv downloader to download video from youtube and it always works good. Maybe you can have a try.
