Yes these companies profess to help any one out of debt by buying their house- they give you below market value & are a rip off. Tread lightly, good luck.

My guess is they won't pay market price.
Sounds like if a person needs cash or out of a mortgage debt quickly due to unforseen circumstances
they will bail you out, "Fast Cash" ect.
Not at any gain to you I dont imagine.
Say good bye to any money you had already put up too.
Thats just the way the ads appear to me.
You might wish to call and find out. But would not, I am too fearful or what the big tallk ads say.
So what's their point they buy houses, other buyers buy cars, and gold, jewelry and pawn shops and on!

Two words....... "stay away"
They usually offer to purchase your home wayyyyyyyyyy below market value.
Of course! that's their flow of business!
You are better off selling your home at a fair market value if possible.
Call your local Realtor and work up a current market analysis to evaluate your home.
Good luck

The term unethical is very subjective . An example would be testing of new drugs on animals. If the the drug is succesful in curing the aids disease and is made available to all people and saves many lifes , would you then still term that company unethical ?

They buy houses for less than what they're worth. Then they sell the houses for what they're worth. The difference is how much money they make. Quite simple, actually.
