To make sure you get a legitimate modeling agency, the best thing to do is call major department stores, such as, Neiman-Marcus.
Tell the person that answers the telepone that you want to speak with someone that can give you information on the best modeling agencies in Chicago.

Amazon listed all the top Chicago agencies One correction - Factor Women used to be called Elite. They are the same agency. It's no longer called Elite Models in Chicago, the name for the Elite Chicago and Atlanta offices has changed to Factor Women. It's still at the same address and run by Jane Stewart, the same director, with the same agents. It's just the name that changed
