albino only refers to color (they lack pigment so they appear yellow.

Just about all species of snakes have albino varients, it has nothing to do with poison.

There is no such thing as a poisonous snake, they are venomous. And if a snake is venomous, it doesn't matter what the color of it's skin is. It will still be venomous or not.

Albino snakes lack DARK/black pigment. Many are oranges, or yellows and white/tan because of this. Albino doens't mean lack of all pigment or neccessarily mean a pure white snake.

Depends on the species of snake. I have seen albino pythons and boa constrictors and those species are not poisonous. I have also seen albino cobra's and rattle snakes and those species ARE poisonous.

Only certain species of snake are poinsonous. So if the albino snake is of that species, then yes. Otherwise no.
