Never sue an attorney- he will make sure it costs you 4 times as much with all the delays and letters the other attorney has to respond to. In addition, you can't even spell the word prepared, so I don't think it would be a serious match of wits for your attorney.
Oh, yea, and listen to Diane also- see if you 'got' a case. People who speak sh1tty English are sure to understand more complex things like the law.

Yes, it is an attorneys fiduciary duty to provide you with the best service possible and to be prepared at all times!!
You could have him disbarred if you can show that he acted negligently!

Make a complaint to your local Bar Association first. Once you get a finding from your complaint. Use that to take civil action.

i dont know if you can sue the lawyer but I would definitley look into it! that is rediculous and I am almost postive that you shouldnt have to pay your legal fees for his services.

wasnt there a contract you had to sighn with him? you should read that carefully to see if it says any thing about it.
