Basically, find a used bookstore and chances are it will have an occult section. New "occult" books are not so much that as "new age" books, which are interpretations and so on and so forth of whatever occult books any of those people have actually read.
Having said that, I would guess that only the larger cities would have much of anything, but that the proprietor of a used book store in the smaller towns would know where to look. It could be as easy as the yellow pages, but don't count on it: that may only lead you to the New Age bookstore. But the prettiest girl behind the counter probably knows where to buy the real thing.

All I can suggest is type in "Georgia cult bookstore" or go to http://local.yahoo.com/ and search there.
