ok..if you're referring to masturbation, then that's something which is done...when I'm alone of course. If I'm with my partner we obviously choose to have sex. I am being straight forward because there's no harm in masturbation or sex. Apart from those things, I love to read a mag it makes me fall asleep quicker.....There's also the TV for that...
...at least I was honest, no? :>

If your with a partner than make love or cuddle together but if alone watch a movie or TV until you ready to fall a sleep or at lease talk to someone

(1) put alarm in my handphone so that i won't wake up late in the morning
(2) finalize my 'business' in the toilet
(3) to be in comfortable position with all the pillows so that i can sleep like a baby

Because i am lactose intolerant i cant drink milk... so i drink one glass of water then pee before sleeping......i sleep alone....
