AB better than Punter because he had to face the WI,deadliest attack in cricket history. What do you think?

lol ponting is in the very top form of his life....every player in the world has gone through this phase....it usually ends around age 33...so i would say after next year....ponting will lose his form.....if u compare bradman with ponting....then u gotta compare dravid...tendulkar...lara...kallis...with bradman...and im sure those guys would be delighted with that!!!! AB was the one who got aussie cricket to the state they are now....he and the chappells were the start......honestly....if u ask me...any one could captain this aussie team....when the pressure is on....ponting doesnt know what to do!!!! so border was a much much better captain....batsmen...ponting is better!!! better techniqe!!! altough ponting hasnt done well in india!!! ur right WI attack was by far the greatest ever....only warne and mcgrath would fit into that windies team in the 1980's in terms of bowling....in my opinion....ponting is better than tendulkar at the moment...tendulkar has been outta the game and out of form.....but overall tendulkar is way better than ponting....in all aspects of cricket...ODI and tests!!! lara is also better than ponting.....ponting is in the dravid and kallis class!!!!

Probably a better captain for sure. But I have to say I am definately falling into the best-since-Bradman camp with Punter. He is going from strength to strength. 1148 runs at 77 since the Ashes - not including the 196 and 60 no in the first test. His average is soon to pass Pollock as the second best in history, and, unlike Bradman he has now succeeded in every continent. (Bradman only ever played in England or Australia....)

AB - better captain. It's easier to take over a wonderfully talented team. Unlike Border who had possibly the weakest ever Australian team after WWII.
