First of all, just because he watches gay porn doesn't mean he's gay. Being gay involves wanting an emotional as well as a physical relationship with the same sex. For all you know, maybe he just gets off on the idea of gay sex, but is straight as an arrow. You shouldn't be spying on people, either, since people can file charges against you for being a "peeping tom." If you want to have sex with him, you might want to be careful and make sure he's 17. If he's 18, then that would be statutory rape, and he would go to prison (which I don't think he will, as a hunk, do too well in.)
