There are a lot of tall idiots. I don't believe being tall has anything to do with success. It's all in the way you carry yourself, your attitude and your confidence. Many tall people carry themselves well and are very confident, therefore successful. All tall people are not successful.

It is generally accepted that taller people are more succesful. I remember a TV programme a few years ago, in which the actor playing the younger son had built up shoes, or in some scenes stood on a box out of camera. This was to give the inpression that he was as good as the other men.
Also look at the other TV programmes and note the "successful" tall men and the unsuccessful shorter persons.
Note that most women are well shorter than the men, when roles are being played. See also the "fighter" type of female actor who somehow is as tall or taller than the person she vanquishes.
TV is supposed to be a reflection of life and opinion. I have seen many smaller persons past over for promotion despite qualifications to favour the taller. However I also believe that, in time, reason finds out and the better qualified eventually come into their own.

I don't think height is connected with success, although specific height may be considered an advantage in some jobs. If you work in constructions it's probably better to be tall, but if you work in mines it's better to be small.
I know many unsuccessful tall people (including one homeless) and many successful small people. I think skills matter more and are generally taken into consideration before height, with the possible exception of some jobs where the height really matters.

I dont feel tall people or short people are more successful because of there height or lack of it.
I have seen tall and short homeless people,
I dont feel my height has anything to do with who or what i am or my views on life.
They come from within me and my personallity, upbringing, Views, learning etc.

that extra 10" mean they reach an air stratum where the level of oxygen is higher, which causes their brains to work better. and the short ones are usually women.
