Reliance Petroleum (RPL) will go production only in Q1, 2008. Till then, you won't find much rise in share price. Its a long term bet you should make. Once RPL goes live, I am sure you are going to make huge profit. I suggest 'hold on' for another ~15 months.

To whatever level RPL falls, if you are an Investor, you need not worry. It's a quality stock and it's a definite multibagger in the Long run by virtue of it's business. Have you ever asked yourself why RPL has gone up from 150 levels to 300 levels at this speed? If not, never bother about the downslide also. Even a child can see that someone is taking advantage of the trading frenzy in RPL & RNRL. Bye the way it's nothing to do with Mr Tulsian's explanation as suggested by somebody in the answers. You should be greatful to some one like Mr Tulsian who is a knowledgeble person and who analyses every aspect very well. He only explained that RPL may be moving up on rumours of Cheveron picking up additional stake. He did not spread any rumour.

You will see very slight movements in RPL script because their production will start only after 3 or 4 years. You should have sold the shares when it was listed and gained. Now all that you can do is hold in to it for more details visit my website www.stocksplacement.blogspot.com
