3. deliver the goods or services to them (production), so they are happy and keep coming back.

figure out what you can give the consumer better then most
give it to them in a way that makes them feel good
make them want to come back with the way you treat them

Be VERY Organized, get some tools like PC and Stuff like that... The the Idea, Plan your biz and get orientation from people who alreayd does that kind of biz. Get a webpage and/or comercial place to operate and you are almost ready....

my man i think it comes to the point of what kind of company do want to start and what kind of skill do you need and do you have all skills that you need but if not than get people who well help not be your partners but work for you till you get them skills.
