Beer contains alcohol to the extent of 15 to 20% depending on the brand. An ounce or two of alcohol per week increases the HDL (High Density Lipoprotein) that will help in preventing Heart Attack. The french food is considered to be more spicy than the Indian food. Still folks in France are less prone to Heart Attacks than their Indian counter parts reason being that the in france people add an ounce or less of wine with their food regularly.
But this does not mean that drinking alcohol is good for health. The negative effect of consumption of alcohol to other organs of the human body stands as they are. For example, the alcohol gets into your Liver and kills some of the cells in it causing Ulcer and followed by Liver Cancer in some cases. If an alcoholic stops consumptionof alcohol, the dead cells will start generating again (the cells in Liver are degenerative in nature). These degenerated cells can cause Cancer. Hence, it is always better to be away from any intake that contain Alcohol.

BEER, NOT BEAR, will not hurt if you drink within extreme moderation. Too much of anything is bad for health. Doctors, say that even drinking WHIEKY a peg or two a day, benefits the heart.
Wine (red) also benefits a lot, Specially Red wine, lowers cholesterol and gopod for the heart. So, take it from thereon and do your research.

Drinking bear? I wouldn't try it. The bear might get pissed at you. Now if you mean BEER, then it is known to have some useful properties for some people, but I personally feel it's a product that tastes like sewer water at best so why bother. Start drinking fruit smoothies at home. Now that's a product worth drinking. Lots of fruit, skim milk, low fat ice cream and yogurt, whip it up, and yummeee!

Bear has some good effects on the digestive system.
You do get a bear belly.
It is the the question of how much and total calories.
Some drink about 12 Oz. every day.
It is addictive.

I don't thing the animal rights people would like to know you were drinking bears, as youwould have to put them in a blender first. Though a glass of beer a day will not have any health benifits, it's also not really a bad thing

iv heard drinking beer can be healthy to a limit. and i mean like one or two a week. but wine is also good for your blood stream. both can be addictive so you need to really watch how much you drink. and if alcoholics run in your family i would stay away from all alcoholic beverages,
