Take it to a vet. Only a vet can diagnose it and treat it properly.

Your python probably has a fairly common illness, at least lets hope so. You can take it to a vet, or maybe take it to a local pet store. Most have specific medications for them. It could be a vitamin deficiency, not enough heat/too much heat, wrong type of bulb, etc. Sometimes finding a vet can be very difficult to treat herps and usually expensive. I'd try out the pet store first to see if they can suggest something. Some info on what it's doing and what it looks like would be helpful. And maybe what kind of setup it is in. Good Luck.

Doesn't that depend on what's wrong with it?
