I found my job through an employment agency. I constantly call every week until something turns up. The BEST way to find a job is to NETWORK. You have to "know" someone who has the power to get your foot in the door in that company. If you don't, then jsut look everywhere on job boards. Good luck.

Actually I had been wrongfully terminated at my former place of employment and the next day someone from my present job called me to see if I was interested in working for them part-time. I asked how they had found out so quickly that I had been fired ( less than 12 hours) and they responded they hadn't known about that but that meant I longer had an excuse ( they had already tried to recruit me several times before) to at least come down to check out the job and interview for the position. I went there the next day and was hired immediately. I have now been here for 6 yrs. and am very happy I came on board.

my college's career center website....Best place to search for jobs is internet or classifieds...if you want to be picky about it...post it publicly on Monster, Craig's List etc. and when people call you, let them email you/give you info and if you don't like it don't contact them back...
