Get the small shrimp, let'em boil in water. bake some potatoes.
Cut open the potatoes in half. Carve some potatoe out, leave space. Mash the insides with butter, salt, and some spices. Put the shrimps in the hole and top with the mashed potato. No put some cheddar and put in the oven till the cheese melts. Its goooood.

I love homemade mashed potatoes too but I also like potato salad, Hashbrowns, french fries, or somtimes a baked potato with chilli and cheese or maybe Broccoli and cheese instead. Oh you cant leave out the sour cream.

I love to make mashed potatoes, baked potatoes, spiced potato wedges, potatoes and gravy....
But I can only have a spoonful - being diabetic sucks, and potatoes are very high in starch - which becomes sugar in the blood

It depends on what I'm eating. Mashed potates are a must for roasted chicken, meatloaf and anything that calls for gravy. French fries for burgers, fish fillets, etc. and baked potato with lots of butter if its a steak.

In potato bake. Just the packet kind, but made with cream instead of milk. And covered in cheese and grilled right before serving. Artery clogging, yet delectable!
