I have exposed Eves what would be the best way to cover them so mice, birds, wasps etc dont live in the roof.
I still want the air flow without the pests.

Good ole fashion exterior grade plywood would be your best bet. If you go this route you'll have to remember to install vents into the plywood, and it's always a good practice to paint both sides of the wood prior to installation. In the long run you add about 10 years to the life of your eve enclosures if you put a couple good thick coats of paint, and have proper ventalation.
