I'd suggest spelling correctly so that when you take notes about your interviewee, you can read it. No offense. =)

Well, interviews should be planned ahead. Keep a list of at least 15 questions handy. If you use a recorder, ask for permission first. Also, get the person to sign off after you interview, so that you can prove they said everything (if anything legally is brought up, you have evidence).

Make the interviewee comfortable... you can start by asking them how they are or if they want coffee. Start with easy questions and then move on to harder ones. Also, it's better to have an actual conversation so that's it's not all one sided. Really get involved and act like you care. Make sure to write down their emotions and apperence.

when u want to attend interview, have self confidence in u,dont be afraid, when u r answering to the interviewer have an eye contact with them, try to improve ur language(especially english),when u enter into the interview room, ask excuse me by knocking the door, then shake hand by putting ur right leg forward and left behind, have an eye contact with them and say hello to them,if the interviewer is more than one,say hello to them also and u should sit if they only say take ur seat plz ok, before going to the interview u prepare some questions in ur mind and also the answers to them, always have smile on ur face ok, i hope that u could do the interview better, all the best, bye
