You must find a shelter in your area. I have a friend who went to them to escape a brutal boyfriend. They too had a child together, and he thought this gave him Carte blanche to disrupt her life whenever it suited him. Womans Aid helped her with accomodation, getting a court order against the father, and they even helped her find a job. You have nothing to lose by contacting them. Most of the women involved in the program have been through the same as you, so they understand. Good luck.

Although I am not a woman, Women's Aid are VERY help full. I have, through my work, used them on many occasions and they will help with any problem no matter how trivial you may think it is. Also some people who work there may have went thru what you are experiencing just now. It's easy for me to say but please speak or see someone to help you. They will be only too happy to help.

Yes they are fantastic. I had a dear friend go through an abusive relationship and she used them. They will give you support in every way - they know all the tricks of the abuser and will totally validate your feelings (per the "mind games") and know what can be done legally. You deserve to be free and safe.

Aid is helpful.
His mind games can only affect you if you let them. Be strong and stash a baseball bat.

I have not been to them but I have known people who work with them and I believe they help alot. Not too sure as to their way of helping. Check them out. It sounds like you need to be able to talk to a professional about what he is doing to you. Not sure they work with professionals, but do check them out and see how they can help. Good luck.
