well, it depends on your company, and more importantly, the people in your company. but personally, i would recommend a shirt-skirt combination that isn't too casual yet not too office-wear. i know this sounds ridicules, but i'm a big believer in a pencil skirt with a to that has some very light cleaveage as well as lacy looking, i.e. fun yet classy. also, another combo i like is one of those skirts that go hoola-hoop like, or almost-like, when twirled with a "smart", almost office-y shirt. i'm not a fan of the dress, which leaves you stuck if no one else is as dressy or as casual as you. as another point, with those shoes (which are really cute, btw) be careful of too much print on fabrics - polka-dot with lacy flowers with stripes with splotches of color will not fly to well.
hope this helps!
enjoy!

Ok first of all if your going to wear those shoes, just don't. They're nice and granted i don't know what your feet look like but there is just very little that is not lace that would go with them. I would suggest an elegant dressed down yet elegant dress like this one http://www.promgirl.com/_cache/1c13870f200117ec777c043aa7f6e884.jpg
It will complement the shoes nicely if you wear them in black.

Very good! Classy and has a little spicy sexiness. I like it. Now just get that classy little black dress to go with. Not very much cleavage and not too short. A line and something a little sexy around the neckline or sleeves.

It's a gorgeous top! I recommend skinny jeans, dark rinse, with black ankle boots and a short jacket over the top. Add a chunky watch and a silver bangle to it. Stud earrings should look good, too. Experiment with your jewelry, and find a look that works.

The last one I attended , husband decided the day before that we would attend. I wore black suede high heel boots, black velvet jeans and a designer black and white sweater, and gold jewelery.
