kisan vikas patras?

I have KVPs which expire on 15 th dec2006. But I am in abroad. I may be coming during March-07.

Is there any time limit to encash the certificate?

Please advise me

u can encash it later at any post or

ask any relative to visit Post or

search on Indian post site & write qurey
