What do u mean why they are playing in SA? , Its because its a scheduled tour. U know, teams go to different countries from time to time to play. shheeshh

India is playing in South Africa as per bilateral tour programme finalised by the cricket Board of both the countries as per guidelines of ICC Tour programme
