Disable onboard FIRST. Then basically just put it in the same-size slot. It should fit right in.
EDIT: It has to be a PCI Express card. If it isn't, then you're out of luck.

As far as I know it has got a PCI-X interfacing. You should have PCI-X slot to connect the card.
If you have one please insert the card into the slot and then tighten the screw. Install the driver and then disable the onboard graphics card from BIOS. Change the connection. Restart the PC and start using the new card.

in the first place why do u wanna connect the GFX card thru pci slot when u hav an AGP stot
if u wnat 2 monitors i think there sum connector that converts AGP to PCI
