The public school system has been taken over by communists through the teachers union since the 1940s. The media perpetuates lies.

First of all what makes you so smart? Secondly, the general public does not like to read. The average American may read
one to three books a year. Where as my child read over 399
books last year. Can you compete with that?

Because parents don't care. They'd rather let the TV be a babysitter and give the wrong values and morals to their kids than to step in and do some parenting, so kids spend their time in school trying to look pretty or cool instead of that thing they're supposed to do. Damn. What's...oh, learning. Yeah. So when the kids grow up, they don't know anything, so all they can do is get a job flipping burgers or bagging groceries, and they don't know that they're supposed to be learning their entire lives, so they don't try to learn any more (I mean, who cares? School was a long time ago, right?). It's a combination of ignorance and apathy - I don't know and I don't care.

You should ask yourself what category you fit in with before asking the question. Do you consider your self an outsider to the general public or an onlooker, or do you too at times have moments of stupidity.
