A teacher is accused of professional misconduct. Misconduct can mean anything from raising their voice to be heard in class to poor classroom management. When accused by a parent or child the Child Protective agency goes on a "witch hunt" to ensure the teacher is removed from the classroom and with any luck fired. The police are the only ones who can lay charges. If the police say there has been no criminal activity shouldn't the Child Protective agency take note of this and drop the allegations against the teacher?

Child protections agencies absolutely need to be held acocuntable for their actions. All someone has to do is make a claim and they treat the situatin as though the claim is real and use every minscule technicality to prove their case, even going far beyond what the original claim was. ALSO they are too willing to accept and investigate anonymous claims. IF is were of a mind to, I could call the local agency and make a claim against anyone without giving my name and the agency would move heaven and hell to remove the child from the home...even if my claim was false. They need to investigat the legitimacy of the person filing the complaint as well as the person that it is against. But they don't, they simply take any claim as absolute truth, they assume the person making the complaint has a legitimate concern rather than an agenda for making trouble, and destroy families, traumatize children and walk away without having to face any repurscussions what so ever.

Por supuesto!!!

YES!!!

Unfortunately, in this day and age, of "Children's Rights" we have gone over the top, and a child can scream bloody murder if the teacher puts them in time out....

The CPS should have failsafes in place to determine if a child is telling the truth, like a psychologist or psychiatrist that can determine whether or not the child's reaction and/or behavior warrants a criminal investigation or not...

NO WONDER IT'S HARD TO FIND GOOD TEACHERS!!!
THIS AND HAVING THE LOWEST PAY ON THE PLANET BESIDES McDONALDS, OR BURGER KING!!!!
