Book -Stationery Shops?

Dear friends,
I would like to open a small book shop dealing with all sort of books viz., Engineering, (all) medical, arts, science, histroy, school and College books, stationery and gift items.

I would like to open in Chennai busiest place.

Will u please suggest me where can I open? I would like to sell it on wholesale basis to Engineering Colleges. Will it work out?

Please give me your valuable suggestions.
