Just write down the seventh (6+1) row of Pascals triangle.

So (a+b)^6 = a^6 + 6a^5b + 15a^4b^2 + 20a^3b^3 + 15a^2b^4 + 6ab^5 + b^6.
Substitute b = -1 (and change a to x):
x^6 - 6x^5 + 15x^4 - 20x^3 + 15x^2 - 6x + 1.

= x^6 - 6x^5 + 15x^4 - 20x^3 + 15x^2 - 6x + 1
