Definitely in the car.
I stay about an hours drive away from work and usually have to sit in traffic as well. I put on my CDs/MP3s that I have recorded and start belting out the tunes.......lol
I love it when a song by Fatboy Slim or Benny Benassi comes on - it makes me drive a lot quicker than I usually would and I sing & tap my hands on the steering wheel to the beat while people give me strange looks.

In the car, it's really the only place I sing, apart from at work, where I'm obligated to sing Barney songs and the like.
