i wanted to unblock a website, so to do that you can change the IP address.. can someone give me a step by step on how to do that?

there is whole list of proxies you can use here:

you have to change the proxy setting manual, go to tools->options->general tab and click on connection settings, then manual proxy settings to change your settings on firefox to the ones listed (there should be a similar procedure for IE, but I would recommend using firefox).

Note that not all proxies will work, and some will work slow. There is a better solution I can give you but it would take even more homework to make work, so I suggest this for now.

Go to Tools > Internet options > Tools > Security > Sites and block the perticular websites. To do this add the site to be blocked into the list.

The IP address is permanent and all the websites identify not your IP, but the IP of the ISP. So there is no point.

Either use a proxy, or get an entirely new internet.

Unfortunately, the IP address is permanent, so my greatest recommendation is to use a proxy.

It is very simple ...Jus t install this small software.

Afer installation just Right click on program icon at right side of taskbar (at time). Then it automatically changes IP
