Retroversion of the uterus is a normal variation of female pelvic anatomy in which the body of the uterus is tipped toward the back rather than forward.

Usually this condition does not cause problems.

I have one. It's just tilted toward the back instead of the front of your body. It has no effect on fertility that I am aware of. Once you are pregnant though, it's harder sometimes to detect a heartbeat.
