No. First off, Kramer was a TV character on Seinfeld. Michael Richards is just an actor. He is not Kramer in real life so what makes you think you know this guy just based off his TV character? Yeah, I'd forgive Kramer just the same as I would that bumbling Detective Nordberg from the Naked Gun movies in real life too.

Nevermind that he said the "n word." A lot people can yell an epithet without putting much thought into it and it doesn't really mean anything other than to provoke a response whether it's racially motivated or not. What I really found outrageous was the fact he elaborated on his racist views by making a reference towards hangings, then tried to justify it in his "act" as something to be proud of. I'm sorry. His post-incident explanation was also pathetic and what he said in the heat of the moment showed his true nature. I think he's done and he deserves it. He did it to himself and he should have kept his mouth shut if he cared about his job.

What he said as Michael Richards tells a lot more about his character than anything he said as Kramer on Seinfeld. It's up to him to redeem himself, not us.

Of course I forgive him; he's human like all of us....BUT...it doesn't matter that I do or don't...God forgives him, that's what counts.
In my opinion, tho, Michael Richards was great as Kramer, but that's not the real person Michael Richards is. He may have issues, he may have anger, maybe he's not a good stand up comedian, maybe he should do just do comedy as in scripted parts, whatever...BUT I believe, and he admits it too, that he just "lost it!"...and those things just came out...I'm sure he is extremely sorry...
It's too bad he didn't have whatever it takes to just heckle them back, without the racial remarks, or, if he couldn't do that, it would have been alot less damaging for him to drop the microphone, and walk off stage...
We'll see what he has to say on Letterman tonite...

There's no excuse for his behavior. He was out of control. http://youtube.com/watch?v=QgmCBKPHnSY
He didn't really seem sorry til it was too late...
I do forgive him but I'll never forget. It was wrong & he should have done anything else but say racial slurs. Because it's on film on the web nobody will ever forget... Poor guy should have known better. Hate doesn't solve problems. I commend him for being brave & admitting he was wrong but that doesn't exactly make it right. It's going to take years for people to get past the hate he poduced that night. Hecklers are not fun for comedians but that's still no excuse.

it is not if God will forgive Kramer. God had already knew he became into going to apply racial slurs. All he has to do is ask for God's forgiveness, and in God's eyes it is forged into the sea. The question is will society forgive him? yet I have already got forgiven him. it is his actual character. yet incredibly some comedians use race family for jokes. So according to hazard he concept he became into being "humorous". yet he fairly crossed the line. there became into no longer something humorous in his comments, basically insults.

I forgive Kramer. I don't commend him for his behavior but if you have seen the video on tmz.com you will hear the hecklers lashing out their own racial taunts after kramer did so why aren't we all looking at the hecklers to apologize?

Kramer met with Jesse Jackson on a radio show. Kramer is seeking psychiatric treatment.

I like Kramer...I forgive him...He is seeking therapy for his outbursts and issues.

Sure, why not entitle a guy to scream racist slurs at black people in front of an entire crowd?

Give that man a microphone!

Nice to see that we're making "launching offensive tirades" a common, acceptable thing. Wheee!

I do. But of course I wasn't in the room so he didn't say anything to me. Isn't it ridiculous to judge and celebrity worship to the point that we judge and forgive and hate complete strangers we really know nothing about.

We should forgive Kramer. Anyone who has the courage to ask forgiveness deserves it, after all, If Jesus can forgive us, who are we not to forgive one another.
