If you are asking about how to use the internet in that free time - Yahoo Answers is one great place to be! Answer other people's questions; or ask questions that you wanted to ask someone for a longtime!
Go to Wikipedia ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Main_Page ). That's a great place to keep learning new things.
If you are a music buff, there are lots of sites which stream music online. That is, you can just open the site in your browser and listen to songs like they were stored in your system. ( http://www.raaga.com is one great place for Indian filmi music - many languages).
Then there are lots of game sites where you can play online. Read Jokes. Stories. And so on!
But provided all this is allowed as per your company norms! Do not violate rules to do all this!
On the other hand, if you are asking for ways of earning money on the net, well, I don't think it'll be right to do it on your office's resources. Am sure they will resent the fact that you are using company resources for your personal financial gains.

If you have lots of ample time to spend with, perhaps yo should try venturing yourself into e-commerce. That will be pretty much handy since you have lots of time to cater customers' need.
Try to avoid quick-rich schemes. They won't bring you any good.
