I HAVE LEFT MY HUSBAND ON 2/11/06 HE HAS BEEN BEATING ME FRM THE WE GOT MARRIED-DAT IN JUNE THIS YAER.NOW FRM THE TIME I MOVED OUT OF HIS HOUSE HE STARTED CLING ME LATELY ASKING FOR MONEY AMOUNTING $3000 LOAN.HE IS ALCOHOLIC JST 4MTHS OF OUR MARRIAGE WE STAYING SEPARATLY.THE ONLY THING HE WANTS IS MONEY.NOW HE IS CALING AND IRRITATING ME NOW AND THAN.

hi there right first things first do youre self a favour and do not go back to him he will only continue to use you as a punch bag 2nd stop giving him money he is only going to pour it down his throat and you need all the money you have for youre self nd kids if they are involved ,next start logging every and i mean every call you get from him and every time he turns up phone the plice and get him removed this is going to be a really hard next 6mths at least .....im just starting to get the message through my x husbands head now and i have taken that idiot to court and won ,you need to be really strong and he will play mind games with you and try to get you back but believe me dont you will move on from this and become strnger woman and find some one how will not use you as a punch bag as he has ....good luck and take care xxxx

First of all, you need to let him know that he needs to respect you, and since he beat you, I defenetly think you should put a restraining order on him. You don't need that kind of drama, start your life again, do things you're interested in. Do not lend him the $, hes an alcoholinc? then for sure he's not paying back.

Change your phone number to an unlisted number, get a restraing order on him so if he messes with you he will go to jail.
Get a lawyer and make him pay you back any money you loaned him.
STOP LOANING HIM MONEY!!

File a restraining/no contact order and tell him to leave you alone or you'll have him jailed.

get yourself an order of protection and try to stay away from him... don't give him any money.. keep your money for yourself... put it somewhere safe, i'm not sure while you're married to him if the bank is a safe place for your money... please be careful with that man alcholics are bad especially when they can't control themselves... get youself some help and stay away from him for your own good... please...
